I try as much as I can to stress that we are a Personal Chef service…so everything we do is personalized (i.e. customized) to each clients likes/needs/preferences/routines. That’s especially true with our menus. No two menus are the same with our weekly meal prep clients. If they wanted a pre set menu each week that you get to choose from, along with hundreds of other people, then they wouldn’t need us.
I do, however, realize that telling someone that they can have pretty much anything they want doesn’t necessarily help make the decision any easier. So I’ve decided to lay out some actual menus we’ve cooked up recently to help give anyone considering our meal prep service some options as to what could be. There’s plenty of variety to see that weekly meal prep really can be for all types of people.
Again keep in mind that these have each been customized to our clients. If you don’t like an ingredient, or dish, or would rather have a certain something with a certain something else well then have at it!

What we learned today:
No 2 clients are the same, and no 2 menus are the same
You can have as much or as little meals as you need. It’s about what fits to your schedule. Some people need an entire week of meals, others just want some dinners to get them through the work week grind so they can cook or go out on their own on the weekends.
Just to reiterate from above: you can have whatever you want each and every week!
